About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Ward team at Renacres Hospital. As a key member of our medical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent nursing care to patients on the ward, prioritizing their needs and well-being
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and enhance the hospital's reputation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Current NMC registration and a valid practicing certificate
- Previous experience working in a surgical ward setting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with others, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the ward and hospital
- A warm, empathetic, and caring attitude, essential for providing exceptional patient care

- An estimated salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
