Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at Exceptional Care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with a minimum of a Level 3 Award in Education and Training.

The role involves developing and delivering training programmes that meet the needs of our team members. You will work closely with management to identify future and current training needs and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design, implement and deliver bespoke training programmes that meet the needs of our team members.
  • To conduct supervision and appraisals to ensure that our team members are meeting their potential.
  • To measure and monitor the effectiveness of learning programmes and provide feedback to management.
