About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our Specialist Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing new hazardous waste accounts, working closely with our depot and sales management teams to target new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to deliver sales revenue targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales and development experience in a comparable field-based business development role
  • Experience in achieving clearly defined key performance indicators
  • Numerical mindset with the ability to understand numerical data
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Agile, solutions focused development skillset
