Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our care professionals, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our care professionals and the organization
  • Develop and maintain accurate training records for all staff
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop solutions
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to care professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and legislative requirements to ensure our training programs are current and relevant

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum professional experience in the care sector
  • Experience of training delivery and design
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care vocational qualification or equivalent
  • Functional Skills (Maths & English) at Level 2 minimum
