Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Hazardous Waste division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing new hazardous waste accounts, working closely with our depot and sales management teams to target new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement new hazardous waste accounts
- Work closely with depot and sales management teams to target new business opportunities
- Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects that fit our business strategy and will deliver sales revenue targets
- Represent the business unit positively to all stakeholders, presenting a best-in-class perception for Specialist Services
Requirements:
- Sales and development experience in a comparable field-based business development role
- Experience in achieving clearly defined key performance indicators
- Waste industry knowledge would be advantageous
- Numerical mindset with the skill to understand numerical data
- Computer literate with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
