As a Clinical Training Specialist at HCRG Care Group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with clients across the country and develop your skills in face-to-face and virtual classroom settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Training Sessions: Create high-quality training content that meets the needs of our clients and their learners.
  • Deliver Training Sessions: Lead face-to-face courses in Patient Moving and Handling and Basic Life Support (BLS), as well as virtual classroom sessions on various topics.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance: Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, and maintain up-to-date course information.
