Occupational Therapist
About the RoleWe are recruiting a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at an independent specialist day school in Ormskirk on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical support across specialist schools and children's homes for young people with complex needs (developmental trauma, neuro-developmental conditions, and SEND).
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support educational and residential staff in creating therapeutic living and learning environments.
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions for young people.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into all aspects of education, care, and support.
- Offer consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams.
- Be a qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience in delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
The salary range for this role is £36,507 - £44,103 per annum, which includes paid school holidays. We also offer a referral bonus scheme that offers up to £500 per successful referral.
