About the Role

At Ramsay Health Care Clinical, we are seeking a skilled Theatre Scrub Nurse/Occupational Therapist to join our Orthopaedics team in Ormskirk, Lancashire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to contribute to delivering exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support surgeons and medical professionals during complex orthopaedic procedures, including hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries.
  • Provide efficient and effective perioperative care, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Holding current HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions.
  2. Surgical scrub experience within orthopaedics, particularly in hip, knee, and ACL procedures.
  3. Possession of a Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is highly desirable but not essential.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
