We are seeking an experienced Personal Support Coordinator to join our team at HB People. As a Personal Support Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support as required. This is a Flexible Hours or Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our executives, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Maintaining accurate records, coordinating meetings and events, and providing general administrative support as required.
Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly developed organisational skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A competitive salary of around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
