About the Role:
As a Personal Care Coordinator with Advantage Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. Your main goal will be to assist with personal care, medication, shopping, mealtimes, and housework by following individual care plans. About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need compassion, a strong will to care, and excellent communication skills. No social care experience is required, but a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care is essential. As a Personal Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs and deliver personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care, medication, shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans to ensure high-quality care
  • Work closely with clients and their families to understand their needs
