As a Home Care Assistant with Alcedo Care, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and have excellent communication skills. You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle for this role.

You will be working as part of a close-knit team and will receive comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in your role. Whether you have experience in a care setting or not, we offer full support to become a qualified and confident care assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  2. Supporting clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment and techniques
  3. Administering and documenting medication
  4. Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams
