Personal Care Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily lives.
- Assist with meal preparation and cooking.
- Support with general domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
- Manage medication during meal times.
Salary and Benefits: The hourly rate for this position is £12, plus 5.6 weeks of paid annual leave and a workplace pension scheme. This is a part-time position working up to 18 hours per week, with an estimated salary of approximately £20,160 per annum.
About the Role: As a Personal Care Support Specialist, you will be working independently to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. You will need to be flexible and able to work varying shifts, including Saturdays. You will also need to be trained in using a hoist and manual handling, which will be provided through full training.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift and move heavy objects safely.
