Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team at Care By Us Ltd. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.
About the Role- You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to individuals with complex needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.
Requirements:
- No prior care experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and clinical support.
- Able to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and resilience when working with vulnerable individuals.
