We are seeking a compassionate and experienced care practitioner to join our team at Burscough Manor Care Home. As a Care Practitioner and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting an enriched life based on individual preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities
• Offering emotional support and companionship
• Maintaining high standards of care and cleanliness
• Collaborating with the team to meet residents' needs

About the Role:
This is a night shift position, working 3-4 nights per week from 8pm-8am. We offer competitive pay of £11.61 per hour and comprehensive training for those less experienced. Our ideal candidate will have a warm and caring nature, with flexibility to work various shifts. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential as we provide ongoing face-to-face training and development opportunities.
