Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Home Supervisor to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential home and providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, taking charge of shifts and demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the quality of care we provide.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential is essential.
  • At least 2 years' experience in childcare management, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of approximately £58,200 per annum (based on 40 hours per week) or more, depending on experience.

  • Time and a half pay on Bank Holidays.
