Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader/Senior Worker to join our dedicated team at Holistic Support Services in Southport.

This is a full-time position, requiring a Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential and essential experience in the field.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading by example and taking point on shifts
  • Delegating tasks effectively among staff members
  • Providing training and support for new team members
  • Participating in an on-call rota and handling out-of-hours calls as required
  • Maintaining daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans
  • Ensuring the needs of children or young persons are met
  • Collaborating with the Deputy Manager
  • Supporting supervisions and appraisals
