Job Description:
This Children's Residential Registered Manager role involves managing a home in Epsom, requiring a leader who can hit the ground running and create a positive atmosphere. You will need to be able to work over the Christmas/New Year period and maintain a good attendance record. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and at least 2 years' experience within residential childcare within the last 5 years.

Key Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with an MOT
• Business insurance and valid DVLA check
• Strong relationship-building skills

Pay and Contract:
The pay rate for this position is £27.80 per hour (PAYE), and it is an interim contract of 6 months until June 2025.
