Care Team Leader

Care UK, a multi-award-winning care provider, is seeking a dedicated Care Team Leader to join our team.
The Role:
- Leading and supervising your shift with confidence and expertise.
- Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are created and delivered.
- Administering and recording medication safely and accurately.
- Carrying out risk assessments to ensure a safe environment for residents.
- Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible.
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop services that exceed expectations.
About You:
- NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, IT literacy, and ability to allocate and delegate work effectively.
- A good understanding of care planning processes and procedures.
- Experience in administering medication or willingness to undergo training.
Estimated Salary: £12 per hour.
