Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.10-£26.20 per hour, with additional benefits including:

  • Loyalty awards up to £100 per year for length of service
  • Refer a friend bonus up to £250 per referral
  • Paid Care Certificate on completion
  • Fully funded Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care
  • Work Phone provided

In addition, we provide ongoing training and support to ensure our carers have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional care.

About the Role

We are seeking committed and reliable individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Support Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care and support to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Preparing meals and snacks as needed
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social activities

We welcome applications from candidates with or without prior experience in care. Full training will be provided, and ongoing support will be available to ensure your success in this role.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have a full driving license and access to a vehicle for business use
  • Be able to commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week, ideally including early morning and late shifts
  • Have the right to work in the UK
