Team Support Staff Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Childrens Residential Registered Manager to join our team at a home in Epsom. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, with the ability to instil confidence in their team members from day one.

This is a challenging but rewarding role, which requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support to the children in their care, and will be able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


Responsibilities

  • To lead the team with confidence and determination, ensuring that the home is a safe and caring environment for all service users.
  • To build excellent relationships with the service users, families, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of transparency and openness.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation.

Requirements

  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
  • No less than 2 years experience within residential childcare within the last 5 years.
  • A full UK driving licence, access to their own vehicle with an MOT, business insurance, and a DVLA check.
