About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our care leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.
- Leading and managing a team of care assistants to ensure the best possible care outcomes for our residents.
- Developing and implementing effective care plans that meet the needs of each individual resident.
- Administering and recording medication as required.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential hazards and take steps to mitigate them.
- Working closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategies for service improvement.
