Job Overview:
Mountain Warehouse Ltd is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our retail team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Your key responsibilities will include managing stock levels, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. You will also be expected to provide training and development opportunities for your team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience who is looking to develop their career in retail.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
