The Royal Automobile Club is a world-class private members club offering first-class service and facilities for its members and guests. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in the Fountain Brasserie, based at our prestigious Woodcote Park clubhouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Manager/Assistant Manager with the day-to-day running of the restaurant
  • Assist with maintaining high standards of customer service and quality of food
  • Develop and implement effective systems to improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of licensing laws and basic food hygiene qualifications
