Exceptional Educational Director

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced School Principal to lead our school and drive its success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong passion for education and a commitment to excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide professional vision and leadership for the school.
- To record and report on progress of pupils.
- To act as Designated Safeguard lead in the school.
- To formulate and review School Development Plans.
- To be a member of the Education SMT.
Requirements:
- NPQH or working towards.
- QTSPGCE.
- At least three years of proven, strong, successful leadership and management experience in a school.
- A clear understanding of what makes good and outstanding teaching.
- Knowledge and understanding of the statutory frameworks which set out their professional duties and responsibilities.
- Experience in SEND provision, particularly autism.
- Experience in implementing, managing and evaluating change in a collaborative way.
