We are seeking a committed professional to lead our highly motivated Canine and Equine academic team and grow our provision. This post would suit an experienced lecturer looking to take the next step in their career.

As a member of the Academic Management Team, you will work under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Higher Education to coordinate and manage curriculum delivery and student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the achievement of the UCR strategic plan and vision to secure our position as a leading-edge provider of land-based higher education
  • Work with Senior Leaders and colleagues to develop operational enhancements and drive new curriculum offer development
  • Teach undergraduate programmes
  • Lead a small team of academic teaching staff, requiring prior leadership and management experience
  • Take lead responsibility for improving KPIs in specific areas of programme activity

Salary:** £35,665 - £40,926 per annum (L12-L16)
