AccountsIQ is poised to take its product and service to the next level. We are seeking a highly skilled Loyalty and Engagement Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer marketing strategies and programmes to build long-lasting customer relationships.

The role involves working closely with our account management and customer success teams to drive customer advocacy and retention. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and delivering successful end-to-end customer marketing campaigns to create collaborative relationships with key customers
  2. Developing reporting structures to track and analyse the performance of customer marketing campaigns
  3. Growing customer advocacy programmes to turn satisfied customers into brand champions

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $130,000 - $190,000 based on experience. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave, hybrid working, private health insurance, pension contribution, and life assurance.

Applicants should have 4+ years of relevant experience in customer marketing, excellent analytical skills, and project management expertise. A strong understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing is also necessary.
