">Springer Nature is seeking a results-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our SN Honours researcher loyalty program. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing a loyalty SaaS solution, fostering engagement with researchers, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of product development, customer engagement, and Agile methodologies. They will drive innovation and thought leadership for researcher loyalty, leveraging data and researcher feedback to inform product strategy.
">You will be part of the Product Group, working closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.

- Loyalty Solution Implementation: Collaborate with a loyalty specialist to integrate a scalable loyalty solution into our existing platform.">
- Customer Experience: Design and implement effective engagement strategies to recognize researcher contributions and drive loyalty.">
- Data Analysis: Use data and researcher feedback to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.">
- Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve shared goals.">
- Business Growth: Drive business growth through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.">
In this role, you will take ownership of procuring a loyalty SaaS solution, integrate the SaaS loyalty solution with SN Honours, and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
">Within 6 months, you will expand loyalty recognition, drive regular engagement with SN Honours, introduce dynamic benefits, and develop a mobile strategy.
">Beyond 12 months, you will continue to drive growth and engagement with SN Honours, fully implement the mobile strategy, and strengthen partnerships.
">$85,000-$110,000 per year
