Loyalty Programme Analyst

We are looking for a talented Loyalty Programme Analyst to join our team and drive commercial results through data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring program performance, identifying underperformance areas, and suggesting improvement opportunities.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data analysis and has experience in leading cross-functional loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggest data-driven recommendations to improve program performance.
  • Partner with the Program Operations and Development Team to increase member satisfaction.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in leading cross-functional loyalty programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
