As a Senior Client Advocate for Loyalty Programs at ACCESS UK LTD, you will play a critical role in driving success for our hospitality software division. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver plans for a portfolio of 5-10 restaurant clients, focusing on identifying opportunities to turn analyses into self-service tools.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders. You will also have strong client management skills, with a proven track record of onboarding new clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and delivering plans for assigned clients.
  2. Assisting clients in launching their loyalty programs.
  3. Identifying opportunities to create self-service tools for clients and internal teams.
