**Role Overview**

We are seeking a talented Strategic Business Solutions Developer to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our business analysis team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology and driving innovation.

**About the Role**

In this exciting apprenticeship program, you will have the opportunity to develop a diverse range of critical skills, delving into core business analysis techniques to hone your ability to investigate processes, systems, and data. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts, to gather and analyze requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

**Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather detailed specifications and oversee the design and delivery of tested systems.
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to understand business processes and pain points.
  • Documenting business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Participating in the design and development of solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performing user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet quality standards.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong desire to learn, grow, and make an impact. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities simultaneously, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

**Qualifications and Experience**

We are looking for candidates who have at least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above, including Maths and English, plus grades AAB at A-Level. Alternatively, A-Level grades ABB including either A-Level Mathematics or Computer Science. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
