Strategic Business Development Executive

About the Role:
Guided Solutions, an industry leader in bespoke total reconstruction of joints, is seeking a capable Strategic Business Development Executive to join their upper limb portfolio team. This role involves devising and implementing sales strategies, collaborating with sales representatives and clinical specialists, and supporting clinical cases and training as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Developing sales strategies to drive region-wide sales and converting competitor accounts.
- Nurturing key account relationships and providing specialist advice.
- Identifying areas for growth through market trends and partnerships.
- Strategically improving the business and ensuring team alignment with the company's goals.
- Supporting marketing activities, including promotional strategies and attending relevant events.
Requirements:
- Surgical orthopaedic medical sales experience.
- Upper limb experience (sales or clinically) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in converting competitor accounts.
- Strong communication and presentational skills.
- Degree in science or business-related fields.
- Full valid driving license.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
