Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Area Sales Manager to join our client, a leading business in the packaging sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales teams, uncovering new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales Management, with experience in managing sales teams and consistently exceeding targets. They will be tech-savvy, with a good understanding of CRM systems such as Hubspot.
The estimated salary for this role is around £80,000 OTE, including a car allowance. The location is remote/field-based, covering the Midlands and South regions.

Our client is an entrepreneurial technology business, part of a larger group operating in the print/packaging, production, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and OEM sectors.
The Job Description
- Manage qualified leads from the internal sales & marketing team and close business.
- Uncover and develop new business opportunities wherever possible.
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial style.
- Experience in a Business Development Manager, Area Sales Manager, Field Sales Executive or similar role.
- Tech / IT savvy, preferably with experience of using systems and CRM's such as Hubspot.
