Business Growth Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ASC Connections Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development across the UK market.
About the Opportunity:
- Taking ownership of the UK account base and working closely with area sales managers to develop and grow the business
- Managing multiple projects with varied sales cycles, from initial lead generation to closing deals
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions
About You:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the manufacturing sector
- A strong understanding of the workholding solutions market and its key players
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
- Fully licensed to drive in the UK and able to travel regularly
