In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to our customers, responding to queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing calls, responding to emails, and dealing with face-to-face queries.
  • Issuing trust identification badges and managing access control systems.
  • Supporting the Estates Operations Team in maintaining high standards of service delivery.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
What You'll Need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role would be beneficial.
