Job Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Practitioner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current NMC registration.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £28-£35 per hour. A competitive pay rate for experienced Registered Nurses like yourself.
