Job Summary

Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor

We are seeking an experienced health & social care professional to join our team as a Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor. The role involves working closely with learners to identify their learning needs and create personalized development plans, delivering high-quality training sessions, and assessing learner progress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work with learners to identify their learning needs and create development plans that meet their goals.
  • To deliver engaging and informative training sessions, using a range of teaching methods to promote active learning.
  • To assess learner progress, providing regular feedback and celebrating successes.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, social care, education).
  • Significant experience working in health & social care, with a strong understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
