Digital Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Healthcare Specialist to join our team at Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking molecular automated PCR for theranostic work and providing pathology support for the Bowel Cancer Screening programme.
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with neighbouring hospitals to implement a digital Histopathology solution, connecting all 5 Trusts within the region. You will have the chance to provide expert 2nd opinion and facilitate MDT discussion.
The ideal candidate will have full registration with a licence to practise with the GMC and FRCPath or equivalent qualification. Experience of undergraduate and postgraduate teaching is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Undertake molecular automated PCR for theranostic work (e.g Idylla BRAF) and tumour expression analysis (e.g ALK in lung carcinoma).
- Provide pathology support for Bowel Cancer Screening programme including age expansion and Bowel Scope Screening.
- Work collaboratively with neighbouring hospitals to implement a digital Histopathology solution.
