Nursing Professional Leader - Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated nursing professional to lead our comprehensive pupil healthcare approach. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new integrated specialist healthcare provision, working closely with specialist professionals and managing a team of Healthcare Leads.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive pupil healthcare approach, ensuring effective delivery of healthcare services
  • Work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders to provide a comprehensive health offer to pupils with complex needs
  • Manage a team of Healthcare Leads, providing guidance and support to ensure successful service delivery

This is a competitive salaried position, with a salary of £43,875 per annum, plus benefits including a choice of pension schemes, 37 days paid holiday, and access to 'Extra Special', the Trust's employee reward portal.
