Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Specialist to join our Urgent Care team at TOTALLY Careers. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the capacity and capability within our multi-professional teams.

About the Role

  • You will be responsible for assessing health and clinical needs of patients, undertaking consultations as an autonomous practitioner, using your advanced clinical practice skills and own clinical judgment to diagnose, treat, refer or discharge patients.
  • This role involves face-to-face interactions with patients, supported by a variable rota covering weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's level award or equivalent, have experience from a variety of professional backgrounds including nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics, and be keen to take on an expanded role within Primary Care.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and investment in creating a diverse and contemporary workforce.
