Clinical Director Occupational Therapy Services

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work as a Clinical Specialist/Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and professional guidance to Occupational Therapy staff, while maintaining a caseload and participating in the development of Occupational Therapy services in the pathway. To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of post-registration clinical experience relevant to the post and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing and coordinating a comprehensive Occupational Therapy service to service users who have a variety of complex occupational therapy needs. They will also deliver highly specialized evidence-based interventions within the CBU, demonstrating strong leadership and providing clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy staff and physio staff within the pathway. Estimated Salary: £52,000 - £62,000 per annum.
