We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to lead our equine hospital in Ashington, East Sussex. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall quality of our services.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of management experience in a commercial environment and a strong track record of financial management. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels.
