Care Home Night Services Manager

Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking a Night Senior Carer to join our team. This role offers a salary of £24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and rewards.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Night Senior Carer, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. This includes supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, as well as providing support to the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
You will also be responsible for respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm, welcoming and vibrant environment for them.
What We Look For- An NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
- Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
- Warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to providing individualised care and support to our residents
