About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Care Manager to lead and inspire our care teams across three different homes in the region. As a Regional Peripatetic Lead Carer, you will be responsible for delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents. You will need to be flexible when it comes to working days and nights, bank holidays and weekends.
About You:
You will need a Level 2 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Manager. With experience of providing care and support, ideally for older people, you will know how to monitor and help plan each resident's care, including reviews and risk assessments. Dedicated and compassionate, you will be a strong communicator and a confident team player who can lead others.
