Job Title: Senior Financial Business Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data.
  • Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision making.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with other team members on finance-related projects.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.

Requirements:

  • CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in the property industry.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Experience of working in a housebuilding/contracting team (min 3 years).
  • Experience of financial forecasting and management.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £54,000 - £58,000 per annum based on experience.
  • Generous annual leave starting at 26 days, increasing to 31 days with service, plus public holidays.
