Description

Key responsibilities for Financial Partner Specialist

  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Working closely with the Accounting & Finance department to provide insightful financial data.
  • Providing financial support and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Driving continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Finance department.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision making.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaborating with other team members on finance-related projects.
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Support the preparation of in-year and year end periodic financial statements including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, cashflow statements

Profile

A successful Financial Partner Specialist should have:

  • CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
  • Proven experience as a Financial Partner Specialist in the property industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • An ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Experience of working in a housebuilding/contracting team (min 3 years)
  • Experience of financial forecasting and management
