About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and caring Receptionist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and prospective residents, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing the reception area, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff
  • Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as typing, photocopying, and filing
  • Support the care home team with various duties as required

About You

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £18,000-€20,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
