About the Role:

At Barchester Healthcare, we're committed to delivering quality care and support to our residents. As a Care and Support Professional at one of our care homes, you'll play a vital role in enabling us to achieve this goal.

Your responsibilities will include supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

You'll also be responsible for supporting the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and care reviews.

As a Care and Support Professional, you'll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment that's tailored to their individual needs.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We're looking for individuals who possess knowledge of clinical care for the elderly and are passionate about delivering person-centred care.

You'll have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training opportunities, allowing you to progress into more senior roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing positions.


Competitive Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
