We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and assisting with meals.
- Deliver care that truly comes from the heart, making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality.
- Get involved in general activities within the care home, promoting a sense of community and well-being.
- Recognise the signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise.
- Full training to support your career development.
