About the Role

We are seeking a professional and caring Receptionist to provide a warm welcome to our residents and visitors. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors
  • Manage the reception area and show prospective residents and their families around
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing
About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, courteous, and well-organized. You will need to take a real interest in our residents and go out of your way to make every visitor feel at home. No formal qualifications are required, but you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
