We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming environment.
Your Responsibilities- Answer phone calls and greet visitors with a smile
- Manage the reception area and provide administrative support
- Show prospective residents and their families around our care home
- Carry out administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, and filing
We are looking for someone who is professional, caring, and well-organized. You will need to have a good telephone manner and strong communication skills. No formal qualifications are required, but you will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.
